BL-17 Geshu – On the upper back there are two big triangular bones. Join the lower tips of these bones with a straight horizontal line. Point lies on the this line, 1.5 thumb-widths to the either side of vertical midline. Point should be stimulated in a pumping manner for about a minute.

PC-6 Neiguan – This point is located at the center of the forearm, two thumb-widths above the wrist-crease. After measuring up the arm, rest the wrist in the fingers of the other hand and use the thumb to locate the point. Apply gentle pressure angled slightly downwards towards the palm and middle finger for 30 seconds to1 minute.

GV-26 Shuigou – This point is located just below the nose, in the middle of the grove above the uppler lip. Take the fingertip or nail of the index or middle finger and apply gentle pressure perpendicularly for about 30 seconds.

CV-22 Tiantu – This point is located at the base of the throat, in a shallow depression just above the vertical chest-bone.Point should be stimulated in a pumping manner for about a minute.
