LU-5 Chize – Observe the faint crease that represent the elbow joint. Now bend the elbow by about 45°. You will find a rope-like structure at the center of the front surface of elbow. This is the tendon of the biceps muscle of the arm. Point lies on the elbow-crease, just near this tendon (on the outer i.e., thumb side). Point should be stimulated in a pumping manner for about a minute.

LU-7 Lieque – This point lies on the outer border of the foreamr, 1.5 thumb-widths about the wrist joint. Using the thumb of the opposite hand, touch the point and then gently begin to apply pressure below the skin, angled slightly down towards the wrist and thumb. Apply sustained pressure or small, massage rotations to the acupoint. Use the fingers of the same hand under the wrist as support. Continue to apply pressure for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
