Bad Circulation in Legs/Feet
LU-9 Taiyun: This point lies at the outer (i.e., thumb-side) end of the wrist-crease. Stimulate point in a pumping manner for about a minute.
ST-42 Chongyang: This point is located on the top of the foot, two thumb-width in the front of the point ST-41. Stimulate point in a pumping manner for about a minute.
KI-1 Yongquan: On the sole of the foot, between the second and third metatarsal bones, approximately one third of the distance between the base of the second toe and the heel, in a depression formed when the foot is plantar flexed. Turn the foot over or outwards, resting it in the fingers of the hand on the same side of the body. Use the thumbs to locate and apply pressure to the acupoint on the soles of alternate feet or both feet simultaneously for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Use sustained pressure or apply small massage rotations to the acupoint. In cases of blood pressure problems, apply only light pressure.
Ex-36 Bafeng: This is a group of four points. Each point lies half a thumb-width from the skin margin between two adjacent toes.
