LU-9 Taiyun: This point lies at the outer (i.e., thumb-side) end of the wrist-crease. Stimulate point in a pumping manner for about a minute.
HT-7 Shenmen: On the palm draw a vertical line that starts from the skin between the ring and the little fingers. Extend this line onto the forearm too This point lies at the junction (crossing) of the above-mentioned line and the wrist-crease. Support the wrist with the fingers of the opposite hand and locate the point with the thumb. Apply pressure with the thumb in the direction of the little finger for 30 second to 1 minute. Use sustained pressure or small massage rotations
PC-6 Neiguan: This point is located at the center of the forearm, two thumb-widths above the wrist-crease. After measuring up the arm, rest the wrist in the fingers of the other hand and use the thumb to locate the point. Apply gentle angled slightly downwards towards the palm and middle finger for 30 seconds for 1 minute.
REN-17 Shanzhong: This point is located on the chest-bone, midway between the two nipples. Locate the point with the middle or index finger and apply pressure gently for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
