LU-9 Taiyuan: This point lies at the outer (i.e., thumb-side) end of the wrist-crease. Stimulate point in a pumping manner for a minute.
LI-4 Hegu: This point lies in the flesh between the thumb and the index finger. Presence of sharp pain on deep pressure confirms the fact that you have hit the right point. Locate the point and then press in gently with the thumb of the opposite hand, placing the fingers underneath the acupoint, against the palm of the land, for support. Press deeply and perpendicularly into the point, applying sustained pressure or small massage rotations to the acupoint for 3o seconds to 1 minute.
ST-44 Neiting: This point is located in the skin between the second and third toes. A mere pinching of skin between the second and the third toe results into stimulation of this point. Stimulate point in pumping manner for about 1 minute.
ST-29 Guilai: Move four thumb-widths below the navel. Now move two thumb-widths either to the right or the left. Point should be stimulated in a pumping manner for about a minute.
SP-6 Sanyinjiao: Attention: This point is contraindicated during pregnancy. At the inner aspect of the ankle joint is a prominent bone. Feel this bone and determine its tip, move three thumb-widths upwards. Mark this level. Point lies at this level, just behind the vertical leg-bone.
KI-3 Taixi: Attention! This point is contraindicated during pregnancy. Observed the inner aspect of the ankle. You will see a prominent, pointed bone over here, called the medial malleolus. At the back of the ankle joint is the firm rope-lie structure, called the Achilles tendon. Point is located midway between the tip of medial malleolus and the Achilles tendon.
REN-4 Guanyuan: This point is located three thumb-widths vertically below the navel. Stimulate point in a pumping manner for about a minute.
