UB-13 Feishu: 2 FInger width each side of the spine, level with the 3rd and 4th thoracic vertebrae.
REN-17 Shanzhong: This point is located on the chest-bone, midway between the two nipples. Locate the point with the middle or index finger and apply pressure gently for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
KI-27 Shufu : In the hollow below the collarbone next to the breastbone.
LU-1 Zhongfu : Below the bone in fron tof the shoulder, under the outside of the collar bone.
LU-9 Taiyuan: This point lies at the outer (i.e., thumb-side) end of the wrist-crease. Stimulate point in a pumping manner for about a minute.
LU-10 Yuji : 2 finger widths down from the wrist crease on the fleshy part of the palm side of the thumb.
ST-36 Zusanli: Bend the knee joint by 90°. Now from the lower border of the knee-cap, move three thumb-widths downwards. You will be able to feel a pointed bone at this level. Point is located one finger-width to the outer side of this pointed bone. Apply firm deep strokes of pressure in downward direction during 1 minute.
