Hip Pain

LI-4 Hegu: This point lies in the flesh between the thumb and the index finger. Presence of sharp pain on deep pressure confirms the fact that you have hit the right point.

ST-44 Neiting: This point is located in the skin between the second and third toes. A mere pinching of skin between the second and third toe results into stimulation of this point.

UB-36 Chengfu: This point lies at the center of the crease (skin-fold) beneath the buttock

UB-23 Shenshu: 2 finger widths each side of the spine, level with the 2nd and 3rd lumbar vertebrae.

UB-40 Weizhong: In the middle of the crease on the back of the knee

GB-29 Juliao: On the hip directly above the leg joint.

GB-30 Huantia: In the dip on the outside of the leg, below the knee joint, in front of and below the top of the fibula.

GB-34 Yanglingquan: In the dip on the outside of the leg, below the knee joint, in front of and below the top of the fibula.

ST-31 Biguan: 3 finger widths below the hip joint, on the front of the thigh.
